Dr. Terry Dubrow and his wife, Heather Dubrow, are selling their hilltop Beverly Hills mansion.
The couple has listed the sprawling estate for $25 million, TMZ reported Friday.
The nearly 9,000-square-foot pad — which sits on just over eight acres — features five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a grand entry foyer with two staircases and a huge terrace.
The spacious backyard also boasts a massive pool, a full-sized tennis court, a lounge area with outdoor couches and a long table for hosting elaborate outdoor dinner parties.
“Million Dollar Listing” star Josh Altman, who holds the listing with his brother, Matt Altman, gushed that the property is one of the best investment opportunities he’s ever seen.
“I don’t know anywhere else you can get eight prime acres sitting on top of Beverly Hills completely unobstructed anywhere near this price point,” Josh told the outlet.
The only reason the Dubrows are selling the house is because they’ve decided to embrace apartment living, the rest estate agent explained, noting that they have only one of their four kids left living at home.
Plus, according to Josh, the “Botched” star and the “Real Housewives of Orange County” star want to spend more time traveling.
Terry, 66, and Heather, 56, bought the estate — which reportedly neighbors LeBron James, Drake and John Legend and Chrissy Teigen — in the summer of 2023 for $16.1 million.
It was previously reported that the reality personalities had snagged the abode for well below the $37.5 million asking price.
“We are so excited to redo this legendary home,” Heather told her Instagram followers at the time, adding that renovations “should take about 3 years.”
Meanwhile, Terry described the house in its then-state as, well, botched.
“It needs a lot of work,” the plastic surgeon told Page Six’s Evan Real and Danny Murphy during an appearance on the “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast. “It’s going to really test Heather.”
Terry described his longtime wife — who planned to oversee the property’s construction — as “a real estate design genius.”
“This is going to be next level,” he predicted, with both promising to document the process for their fans.
As for what led to the purchase, Terry explained to us, “We’ve been looking for a new project to do.”
The Dubrows famously sold their Orange County “Chateau Dubrow” in the fall of 2022 for a whopping $55 million.
