The Bachelor and Real Housewives alums also star in Hulu’s Got to Get Out in search of $1 million in prizes
A new reality competition show is coming to Hulu. On Thursday, the streamer announced an escape room-inspired show, Got to Get Out, hosted by Simu Liu and featuring reality television legends, including Omarosa, Spencer Pratt, and DWTS’ Val Chmerkovskiy as competitors.
The new show, scheduled to be released on April 11, will follow twenty competitors as they fight for $1 million prizes while trying to get out of a house.
“Lies and lunacy collide in this exhilarating competition series where an outrageous mix of reality icons and crafty gamers must conspire to get out. In this house, time is money,” reads a synopsis. “As the clock ticks up, so does the prize money. The longer they stay, the greater their chance to earn more.”
Real Housewives’ Cynthia Bailey and Kim Zlociak-Biermann, Bachelor franchises’ Clare Crowley, Demi Burnette, and Susan Noles, and NFL running back Rashad Jennings will all compete. The cast of competitors is rounded out by “reality rookies,” including esteemed crime reporter and television host Steve Helling, Athena Vas, and Nick Metzler.
The competitors are allowed to strategize and decide to split money equally, try to escape with accumulated money for themselves, or make their competitors restart with $0 to their name. “From wild strategies and temptations to shifting alliances and unbelievable escape attempts, the players will try any and every way to make it out of the gate and win the prize,” reads the synopsis.
Got To Get Out is produced by Wheelhouse Studios with executive producers Brent Montgomery, Glenn Hugill, Liz Fine, and Pam Healey. Charles Wachter serves as executive producer and showrunner.
